The ingredients must be compatible and that’s the key of a nourishing skincare routine.

But right now it is all very complicated!

I guess like a lot of people these days I got fed up with the marketing hype being used in the cosmetic industry most designed to fill your bench top with lots and lots of bottles. Most of the time mixing different products as a skincare regime can cause more damage to your skin.”

“With some claims being used I discovered the skincare industry is more “marketing care”. I used to be a big fan of using expensive skincare as I understood then that the more I pay the better result I will get, not anymore.

When we age, our skin starts aging to.

Wakame was accidentally introduced into New Zealand waters from Japan sometime before 1987 and is regarded in New Zealand as being an invasive species. Wakame seaweed is considered to be one of the 100 most invasive species on the planet, but it also happens to be extremely rich in nutrients.

The medicinal powers and benefits of seaweed have been used for centuries because of their proven ability to prolong life and enhance health and beauty. Over the last decade, continuing worldwide research has shown brown seaweed to be the most beneficial of all seaweeds.

The health benefits of Wakame have been published in more than 1000 scientific articles in The US National Library of Medicine. The research shows that the therapeutic properties include immune system enhancement, relief of digestive/intestinal disorders, allergy control, improvement of liver functions, powerful anti-oxidant action, cholesterol and blood pressure regulation, blood sugar stabilization and the promotion of healthy skin and hair.
